Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Okay guys there are two more days left till my Jack Frost short story contest deadline! Lots of people asked whether it will be terminated. It's not

Lots of people have already sent in their stuff!

DEADLINE: DEC 31st

If anyone is almost done their short story but thinks they won't be able to make it in on the date, send me a note and i might extend the contest a couple more days.

Guidelines

What are you writing?: A short story about what YOU would do if you met Jack Frost and had one day together. AKA: How do you spend it?
More specifically?: Where would you guys go? What would you do? Remember, you only have 1 day together.
From what persepctive?:It should be written from FIRST or THIRD person.
How long?: About the length of the first chapter of The Night Meeting. Longer is okay.
What if it's not as long as that?: Do your best to make it about that length, but a bit shorter is all right Half of Night Meeting is alright with me!
Also, try to spread the sentences/paragraphs out a bit. Just like i'm writing here. A mass of writing without any breaks is a bit difficult for me to read because of an eye problem of mine :/

You will be judged on..
- Believability
-If Jack is in character. He's a prankster, and a teenager. Keep that in mind.
-Grammar. I wont be picky about spelling, but do nawt rite like dis. U feel meh?
-Setting. It's simple, set it up. I want to know where you and Jack are.
-Atmosphere. Describe what is around you, and where you are. I should be able to picture exactly what is going on in my mind.
-Creativity. Is is something we have all seen before, or is it something new and unique?

WINNERS AND PRIZES.

There will be 3 winners.
Each winner will recieve a miniature Jack Frost charm depicting his staff. It will be handmade by me out of clay, and painted according to the colours. It will come with a loop so you can attatch a chain to it if you'd like. It will be sent by mail in a small box.
